• HR Officers manage employee records, attendance, time-off, and other tasks to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
• HR Officers contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee growth, and performance management.
• They ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employment policies, and provide guidance on employment law issues.
• They plan and implement training programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
• HR Officers administer employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and efficient management.
• Monthly manage the Payroll, EOBI, SESSI, Medical, Insurance.

Qualifications
