Import & Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage import tasks, including ordering, follow-ups, banking, and supplier coordination.
✅ Handle local procurement, from order placement to finance payments.
✅ Update payment and import forecasts.
✅ Process documents for LCs, contracts, and EIF submissions with banks.
✅ Liaise with shipping companies, forwarding agents, and clearing agents for smooth import operations.
✅ Ensure timely submission of invoices and bills to Finance.
✅ Collaborate with internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.
Who We’re Looking For:
🎓 Minimum Bachelor's degree. 📌 2-3 years of experience in import and procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
📊 Strong knowledge of banking, LCs, and customs regulations.
💡 Excellent communication, negotiation, and MS Office skills.
