Independent Area Lead

Chughtai Healthcare is seeking an Independent Area Lead to take charge of operations within a designated region. Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage daily operations for the assigned region with full accountability for team performance and business outcomes.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase Chughtai Healthcares revenue and market share within the territory.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare partners to foster trust and cooperation.
• Identify potential markets and new business avenues through proactive research and effective territory management.
• Set and meet ambitious sales targets while maintaining superior customer experiences across the healthcare network.
• Conduct thorough analysis of competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust and optimize growth strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 20 staff members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
• Make informed and timely decisions to address challenges and capitalize on business opportunities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
