JOB TITLE: IT Support Executive - Warehouse

JOB LOCATION:

Northern Bypass Karachi

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As an IT Support Executive, you will be responsible for Provide onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include system setup, troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring IT compliance.

• Provide support for Installation and configuration/ troubleshooting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, Wireless, IP Phones, printers, scanners, UPS and IP Cameras.
• To help users in solving their computer related problems
• Perform installation and upgrades on all PCs/Notebooks
• Endpoint Support and ensure that antivirus software runs perfectly on all systems.
• Tier 1 local Application support.
• To make sure any illegal software should not be installed in the company
• Accomplish all tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Assistant Manager IT Support.
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks links
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person and over the phone as well)
• Setting up AD accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues in timely manner
• Maintain good and smooth communication with customers through different channels like web, email, and phone
• Respond to customer’s calls, emails and act accordingly regarding issues

Qualification and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Duty hours would be 12 hours on-site. (Monday to Friday).
• Experience/ certification in Microsoft Windows and other Microsoft Products
