We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in software sales, excellent English communication skills, and a strong ability to engage potential clients across various channels. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualify and engage inbound leads, assessing client needs and offering tailored software solutions
Conduct structured outreach via emails, calls, and virtual meetings to generate new business opportunities
Craft compelling proposals and bids to secure software projects
Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads and close deals efficiently
Understand client requirements and provide expert consultation on suitable solutions
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals with a win-win approach
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track progress against targets
Provide insights on lead quality, market trends, and overall sales performance
Recommend strategies to optimize marketing and sales conversion rates
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of experience in software sales, lead conversion, or business development
Min a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
