Assist the Customer Services team in handling customer queries and complaints professionally
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely response and resolution of customer concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups
Support in preparing service reports and customer feedback summaries
Help improve customer experience through timely communication and issue tracking
Perform administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the department
Requirements
Fresh graduates or final-semester students in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
