Internal Audit Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive to join our team in the textile industry, with a focus on towel manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role is based at Metroville S.I.T.E, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in strengthening our audit and compliance functions by leveraging strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of audit methodologies and internal controls. This position involves hands-on responsibility for ensuring that company policies and regulatory standards are consistently met within the textile sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify potential risks and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and control mechanisms.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports that detail findings and propose corrective actions.
- Work closely with various departments to facilitate the timely resolution of audit-related issues.
- Monitor adherence to industry regulations and internal standards to maintain compliance.
- Assist management in sustaining a strong internal control environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in internal audit, preferably within the textile industry.
- In-depth knowledge of audit practices, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Must be based in Karachi and willing to work on-site at Metroville S.I.T.E.
