Job Title: Sr. Executive Internal Audit (Internal Auditor)

Education: CA-Inter / ICMA Finalist / ACCA Finalist / CIA / CISA or minimum 14 years’ graduate degree in Accounting/Finance.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in internal audit, finance, or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in payroll, tax deduction, and employee master data audits (permanent & third-party staff).
• Perform monthly audits of salaries, allowances, full & final settlements, transport, canteen, petty cash, procurement, and scrap sales.
• Verify inventory, fixed assets, and store stock counts through physical audits.
• Perform operational audits, including HSE checks, gate log reviews, security management, and CCTV functionality assessments.
• Reconcile sales tax returns, loans and advances, and receivables.
• Review import shipment documentation, insurance claims, and OEM price compliance.
• Prepare and present monthly audit reports to management.
• Support quarterly audits covering annual tax review, uniform and locker management, utilities, device warehouse checks, bonus disbursements, and showroom visits.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as directed by senior management.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel with working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and report-writing skills.
• Skilled in conflict management with a strong problem-solving mindset.
