About the Role:

We are seeking a presentable, communicative, and motivated Female Sales Agent to join our client’s dynamic freight forwarding team. This role is perfect for someone with strong English communication skills, confidence in virtual and in-person meetings, and a passion for coordination and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Agent Communication: Manage international shipments, acting as the primary contact for overseas agents and clients.
Operational Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, and logistics teams for smooth cargo movement.
Professional Representation: Confidently represent the company in Zoom/Teams meetings and in-person client interactions.

Requirements:

Graduation (minimum requirement).
Fluent English (written & spoken).
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Prior office experience (sales, admin, or coordination roles preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
