International Sales Representative

MARS BPO is expanding its sales team to support an HVAC Lead Generation Campaign and is looking for motivated individuals with strong English communication skills to engage confidently with U.S.-based clients. The role involves generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting performance targets. This position requires working night shifts and offers a professional environment with opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and maintain detailed customer records
- Keep accurate documentation of all customer interactions
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary
- Collaborate effectively with sales and support teams to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and listening English communication skills
- Minimum education level of Intermediate or higher
- Willingness to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
