Inventory Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-organized Inventory Executive to oversee and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate should be confident working with numbers, have strong analytical skills, and ensure accuracy across all inventory-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock movements, including in-store and in-transit inventory
• Conduct routine inventory audits to verify physical and system stock accuracy
• Maintain, update, and reconcile inventory records regularly
• Prepare comprehensive inventory reports to support operational and business decisions
• Coordinate with internal departments to identify and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience with inventory management systems will be an added advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
