Bayut KSA is seeking an experienced Investment Sales Manager to deliver comprehensive portfolio management and financial planning services for high net worth clients. This role emphasizes strategic investment advisory, market analysis, and tax optimization to guide clients in preserving and growing their wealth. The ideal candidate brings expertise in client relationship management, regulatory compliance, and estate planning, with a strong ability to analyze financial data and identify market trends. While this position does not involve managing a team, the Wealth Manager must work collaboratively with various stakeholders and maintain excellent communication to successfully onboard and serve clients. The Wealth Manager will apply knowledge of commercial sales and real estate to tailor investment strategies specific to each client’s needs, ensuring solutions that meet their financial goals. The role demands a motivated professional with a minimum of five years of experience in sales or partnership management, demonstrating a proven track record in working with high net worth clients. Exceptional organizational skills and an analytical mindset are crucial to managing multiple client portfolios while adhering to industry regulations and company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop personalized financial plans and investment strategies that align with clients’ long-term wealth goals.
  • Conduct thorough portfolio management, including ongoing analysis and adjustment of investment allocations based on market conditions and client requirements.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, comprehensive needs assessments, and proactive service.
  • Guide clients on tax optimization techniques and estate planning to maximize financial efficiency and ensure wealth preservation across generations.
  • Perform detailed market research and analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends that impact client investments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and company guidelines while providing advisory services.
  • Manage the client onboarding process by evaluating financial backgrounds and tailoring investment proposals suited to individual risk profiles and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as legal advisors, tax consultants, and real estate experts to deliver holistic wealth management solutions.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to review client data, sales reports, and market trends to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
  • Meet or exceed commercial sales targets by promoting company services and developing new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investment products, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communication teams to develop client engagement strategies and support service enhancement initiatives.
  • Organize workload efficiently to manage multiple client portfolios and administrative tasks within established timelines.
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to clearly explain complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Continuously update professional knowledge and skills by attending industry seminars, training sessions, and networking events.
