Overview

We are seeking a technically sound IT Executive to support our organization’s digital operations with a strong focus on Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and support, alongside hardware troubleshooting and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of Odoo ERP modules (Sales, SCM, CRM, Accounts, etc.)
• Train end-users on ERP functionality and workflows
• Troubleshoot Odoo-related issues.
• Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements or automation
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT hardware
• Respond to user complaints and resolve hardware or connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure their proper functionality
• Assist in managing LAN/WAN connectivity and network devices
• Perform regular data backups and ensure system reliability
• Assist with user account creation, access control, and Outlook email setup
• Support integration between ERP and other third-party systems (where applicable)

Qualifications

• Graduation or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in IT support roles
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Community or Enterprise)
• Strong understanding of hardware systems and basic networking
• Knowledge of Windows 11 OS, MS Office 2019
• Basic networking: routers, switches, LAN/WAN setup
• ERP system workflows understanding
