IT Intern (Male)

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team at Aptech Metro Star Gate Center. The selected candidate will assist with technical support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic IT support to staff and students.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in maintaining computer labs, classrooms, and office IT systems.
• Support user account setup, email configuration, and system access.
• Maintain IT inventory and equipment records.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Support the IT team in technology-related projects and activities.
• Maintain proper records of technical issues and their solutions.

Requirements

• Intermediate qualification or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with Windows and MS Office.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of LAN/WAN and IP addressing.
• Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Familiarity with operating system installation and configuration.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Location: Aptech Metro Star Gate Center, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
