IT Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Ensure that all systems and applications are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the company’s data security, including implementing and maintaining firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for software and hardware purchases.
