IT Officer

Connect Logistics is seeking an IT Officer to manage and support its IT infrastructure. The role ensures smooth functioning of computer systems, networks, and security solutions while supporting business operations and maintaining a secure and efficient technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to user inquiries, and diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, applications software, printers, scanners.
• Maintain and administer computer networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• CCTV Surveillance, monitoring, installation of security Equipment, switches, POEs, Networks, DVR/NVR, IP-based Cameras (incl. IP PABX/Biometric Attendance System, etc.)
• Ensure network security, connectivity, and performance.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of IT equipment and services.
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Maintain inventory & documentation for IT equipment.
• Providing technical support across the organization via email/ call / remote assistance.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
