UTF Labs is looking for a motivated and disciplined IT Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a dynamic and fast-paced sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using modern technologies to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on cold outreach, social selling, research, and prospecting, with a strong ability to turn initial contacts into meaningful conversations and meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Align with the company’s culture, processes, and sales discipline to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize modern tools and technologies, including ChatGPT and various research platforms, to enhance outreach and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct cold outreach activities, averaging 25–30 contacts daily via email, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Actively engage in relevant social media groups and communities to build connections and increase visibility.
- Respond to posts, comments, and discussions on social platforms to engage potential clients.
- Perform prospecting, lead scraping, and craft effective email communications.
- Manage Upwork bidding activities to generate 4–6 qualified meetings each week.
- Achieve a minimum of 10 meaningful responses per month from outreach efforts.
- Take ownership of response and inquiry generation while collaborating closely with front sellers and closers who assist in deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and performance metrics to track progress and results.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of cold outreach, prospecting, and social selling techniques.
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools to support sales, research, or content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and managing client communications effectively.
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email and social media contexts.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined with a consistent record of achieving results.

Compensation and Work Schedule
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000. It is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (PKT), including a one-hour break. The role requires onsite presence near Sindbadh / Nipa and availability aligned with target markets such as the US, UK, and EU.
