We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing operating systems, configuring hardware and software, and providing technical support to users across the network. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of hardware, software, and network systems to quickly identify and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure operating systems on various hardware platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Set up and maintain hardware and software systems, including updates and patches, to keep technology running smoothly.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network faults promptly to minimize downtime and maintain connectivity.
- Provide timely and effective technical support to users, assisting with network-related issues and general IT inquiries.
- Research and analyze technical problems, applying your expertise to develop and implement practical solutions.
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of hardware components, networking protocols, and software applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance and implement improvements.
- Document technical procedures and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future troubleshooting efforts.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems and related hardware/software.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including fault identification and resolution.
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to research and diagnose complex technical problems.
- Proficiency in utilizing hardware and network knowledge to resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users and collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are highly desirable. Experience with specific operating systems like Windows, Linux, or macOS will be an advantage. Candidates with a background in network administration or additional IT support roles will be considered favorably.
