IT/Networking Manager

Aptech Learning is a global career educational Institute.We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT / Networking Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in networking,systems and IT support, coupled with a strategic mindset to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, controlling and Monitoring Server
• Network Infrastructure Designing and network updating
• System Virtualization. Creating & Monitoring of all Terminal System
• Leading and Supervising IT Team. Defining task to them.
• CISCO Network handling, switch configuration Maintaining, Monitoring and Backup
• Create Terminal with Backup, Load Balance, Fail Over Fault Turbulence
• Trouble Shooting Hardware and Software
• Domain and other firewalls working
• CCTV System online, File Server and other Center technical enquiries
• IT Inventory Guidance and Management with team support
• Technical guidance to Team and update to new awareness in Technology.
• Quick resolution of technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in IT/network administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, LAN/WAN technologies.
• Experience with server administration (Windows/Linux), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and backup solutions.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
