Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Job Posting Expert who has strong experience posting and managing job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for the USA and Canada markets.

This is an urgent requirement for a large hiring project where we plan to recruit around 100 candidates. The ideal candidate should know how to create attractive job postings, manage responses, and generate quality applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Post job advertisements on LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Manage and monitor job postings for USA and Canada markets.
• Attract and generate quality candidates through effective job ads.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and manage applications.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain daily reports of job postings and candidate responses.

Requirements:

Proven experience posting jobs on LinkedIn and Indeed.

Experience with social media recruitment (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Knowledge of USA and Canada job markets.

Strong English communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred:

Experienced recruiters or job posting specialists.

Candidates who are currently not employed and available to start immediately.

Hiring Volume:

Approximately 100 positions for a large ongoing project.
