Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from initial sourcing through to job offer.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, local job boards, and community networks.
• Coordinate interview schedules and guide candidates through the hiring pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication & Accent: Exceptional verbal communication with a clear, native-level local English accent to engage seamlessly with our candidates and local client base.
• Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Sourcing Ability: Strong background using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach strategies.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern HR tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Intelligence, active listening skills, and a professional, approachable demeanor.
