Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our clients' accounting operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the internal team and communicate regularly with U.S.-based clients in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Collaborate with the internal team to provide accounting support for Cordatus clients, including:
• Enter invoices and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
• Work within accounting platforms to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Communicate with clients via Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Respond to customer and internal queries through email, Slack, and MS Teams live chat
• Support the Team Manager with additional accounting and administrative tasks as required
  
   

Job Specifications / Requirements

 

• Education:
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
• Skilled in using accounting software and cloud-based accounting systems (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms; prior hands-on experience preferred)
• Comfortable working with SaaS tools and learning new systems as required
• Fluent written and spoken English for effective communication with U.S. clients
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for video and voice calls
• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Time, Monday to Friday)
• Fully remote position, open to candidates residing in Pakistan only
  
   

Salary & Benefits

Compensation:

PKR 42,000 – 55,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
