Job Summary:

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and global business? We're seeking a dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to convert warm inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, helping prospects understand the value of our AI-powered solutions and guiding them toward success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound calls to prospective clients in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs.
• Effectively present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up to close deals.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategy and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in inbound or international sales is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work toward targets.
• Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is preferred.
• Night shift availability is mandatory.
