  • Administrative Support: prepare record phone calls or correspondence, managing emails, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Document Management: Filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Data Entry & Typing: Inputting data into systems, maintaining databases, and typing reports or correspondence.
  • Office Maintenance: Managing inventory of office supplies and ensuring office equipment is serviced.
  • Assistance: Supporting senior staff with projects, scheduling, and preparing meeting minutes.
