TERM$ & CONDITIONS

Applicants who fulfil the following requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the Job Portal of the Government of Sindh at blIps://sjp.gos,pki, Applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by the Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS), and possess its certificate, issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned post.

I.    Age of the applicants, who applied for the test prior to

Promulgation of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rule, 2024, dated 16th October, 2024, shall be calculated with effect from the closing date of submission of application i.e., 30.11.2021. However, 05 years for those who applied after the promulgation of the above Rules and age shall be calculated with effect from 12.05.2025 as provided in Notifications of Services, General Administration and Coordination Department bearing No. SO-II(S&GAD) 5-64/2011 (Part II) dated 2nd December, 2025. ,,,,

II. The share of quota reserved for the initial appointment shall be adhered to as per the Law/Rules/Policy of the Government of Sindh.

III. Those applicants who are already in Government Service should get NOG from their Department prior to submission of application and bring an original copy of the NOC at the time of interview for submission before the Department Selection Committee.

IV.     The appointment shall be made as per the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04,2023 and under provisions of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and if rules are amended from time to time.

V.       The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for an interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.

VI.     No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview..
