Junior Content Writer

Job Overview

Lead Tech is looking for a Junior Content Writer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong command of English, enjoys writing and research, and wants to build a career in content writing, SEO, and digital marketing.

The selected candidate will work closely with our content and SEO team to create informative, engaging, and search-friendly content for websites and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality and original blog articles and website content.
• Research topics and gather accurate information from reliable sources.
• Create SEO-friendly content based on assigned keywords and topics.
• Follow content briefs, formatting guidelines, and brand requirements.
• Update and improve existing website content when required.
• Proofread content for grammar, spelling, readability, and accuracy.
• Work with the SEO team to understand keywords and search intent.
• Meet assigned content targets and deadlines.
• Assist the senior content team with research, editing, and content-related tasks.
• Use AI writing tools responsibly for research and drafting while ensuring the final content is original, accurate, and human-edited.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• 0–2 years of content writing experience.
• Strong written English and grammar.
• Good research and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keywords.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and well-structured content.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and improve writing and SEO skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
• Fresh graduates with strong writing skills are encouraged to apply.
