Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to support our U.S. attorneys and senior legal staff in preparing immigration petitions, researching legal issues, and managing case documentation. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with foundational legal knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and a willingness to learn about U.S. legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with drafting and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documentation (e.g., I-130, I-485, N-400, I-129F).
• Conduct legal research on U.S. immigration and corporate matters under attorney supervision.
• Prepare internal summaries, memos, and initial drafts of support letters.
• Support senior legal team with data entry, form compilation, and file management.
• Communicate and coordinate with our U.S.-based attorneys, paralegals, and clients (as needed).
• Maintain accurate, organized digital case files and task logs.
• Learn and apply relevant U.S. immigration law procedures, forms, and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized Pakistani university.
• 0–2 years of legal experience (internships or junior associate experience preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational ability.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Karachi, aligned with Central U.S. Time (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs175,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
