Junior Manager – Food Court Operations

Job Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Junior Manager – Food Court Operations to oversee daily activities and enhance the dining experience at Ocean Mall & Tower.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily food court operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a great dining experience.
Coordinate maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene standards across outlets.
Support in marketing and promotional activities for food court vendors.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in food & beverage/retail operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
