We are looking for Key Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims via phone call or interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and/or services.
Collaborate and build relationships with clients to strengthen service competitiveness.
Maintain the highest level of service through dealing with clients in a friendly, efficient, and an attentive manner.
Deliver a class apart customer experience as measured by performance objectives and maintain the core values of our client.
Maintain swift responses to clients through phone call or emails.
Communicate timely correspondence back to customers, track and resolving any issues regarding product.
Perform successful troubleshooting on customers’ products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions.
Explain to customers the complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner to provide troubleshooting help, which will assist them in following guidance to resolve a technical issue.
Stay up to date by researching similar product symptoms to provide accurate solutions.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices.
Ensure a positive Client Experience ultimately leading to a good Quality Assurance (QA) Score.
Timely preparation of rates and quotes for customers and overseas agents.
