Responsibilities
 

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, and Microbiology to support patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure precise test outcomes.
• Enter, manage, and verify lab data accurately within Laboratory Information Systems to maintain comprehensive records.
• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
• Prepare specimens and samples for analysis while ensuring proper labeling and handling to prevent contamination.
• Monitor test results and alert relevant staff immediately if anomalies or critical values are identified.
• Participate in quality control, troubleshooting, and calibration activities to maintain high laboratory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide timely and accurate laboratory information for clinical decision-making.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficiency and safety within the laboratory.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills by staying informed about advancements in medical laboratory sciences and best practices.
