Job Purpose:

We are looking for a results-oriented professional to lead business process optimization, SAP automation, and compliance initiatives across Gatronova. The role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency, implementing ERP (SAP) solutions, and driving audit and governance frameworks within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, optimize, and standardize business processes; develop and enforce SOPs to ensure compliance.
• Oversee ERP (SAP) integrations, with strong expertise in SAP Finance, Audit, GRC, and Costing modules.
• Lead internal control, audit, and compliance frameworks aligned with corporate governance and industry regulations.
• Drive automation in reporting, audit processes, and data integration across departments.
• Develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to align systems, manage change, and ensure adoption.

Qualifications:

• Professional qualifications preferred: ACCA / CA (Qualified or Finalist).
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, must be from a manufacturing industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Finance, Audit, GRC, and Costing modules.
• Proficiency in Excel-based analytics and ERP reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
