Leaders Tax Consultant is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join our tax business team based in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role involves proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries. The successful candidate will be instrumental in generating and closing sales leads while providing excellent customer support. This position is ideal for individuals eager to develop their sales skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and professionally handle inbound inquiries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads, working diligently to close deals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving client concerns.
- Consistently meet assigned sales targets and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
- Actively participate in training sessions and ongoing development programs to enhance sales performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, telesales, or a call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively.
- Willingness to learn, engage in training, and collaborate within a team setting.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of experience in tele-calling or outbound sales will have an advantage.
- Educational background should be at least O/A Levels, Intermediate, or Graduate level.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 90,000 per month, along with commission and travelling allowance.
- Work shift is from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
