Role Overview – Business Developer

PURPOSE We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to lead company onboarding, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. If you understand the corporate ecosystem and know how to close deals while maintaining long-term relationships, this role is for you.

Responsibilities.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients on Upwork to secure long-term projects.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to propose tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed targets for project acquisition and client engagement.
• Monitor trends in bidding and pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Prepare detailed proposals and communication strategies for client outreach.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Time management skills to effectively manage work within the set timings.
• Build a strong B2B network.
