Lead Generator Specialist (Evening Shift)

We are seeking a North American-focused Cold-Calling and Lead Generation Expert to generate qualified leads. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in expanding our customer base.

You will report to the Senior Management Team. A successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the North American market. Must have IT Sales experience; selling into midsize to large enterprises and selling into Warehousing/logistics verticals is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to U.S. and Canadian businesses
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT services
• Track call outcomes and manage CRM records
• Coordinate with North American sales representatives
• Submit weekly performance and lead conversion reports

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in cold calling, B2B sales, or IT services outreach
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with North American sales culture and decision cycles
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Experience with Zoho CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
