foodpanda Pakistan’s Shared Kitchens vertical is one of the most innovative segments within the company, focusing on renting kitchen spaces to restaurant partners across various locations to operate delivery-only kitchens. This vertical has experienced rapid growth over the past two years, and with ambitious plans to expand significantly in 2026-27, we are seeking a dedicated professional based in Karachi to manage kitchen operations. The role centers on optimizing food preparation and delivery times, minimizing customer complaints, and maintaining high food quality ratings to drive repeat orders and support the vertical’s sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across multiple locations in Karachi, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and operational excellence.
- Monitor food preparation processes to optimize speed without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with restaurant partners and internal teams to resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving food quality ratings and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Manage resources effectively to meet delivery targets and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the vertical’s expansion plans and scalability.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry, preferably within a structured organization that follows clear SOPs.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and managing kitchen or food service operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
