foodpanda Pakistan’s Shared Kitchens vertical is one of the most innovative segments within the company, offering delivery-only kitchen spaces to restaurant partners across various locations. This vertical has experienced rapid growth over the past two years, and with ambitious plans to significantly expand its footprint in 2026-27, we are seeking a dedicated professional based in Karachi to manage kitchen operations. The role focuses on optimizing food preparation and delivery times, reducing customer complaints, and maintaining high food quality ratings to drive repeat orders and support the vertical’s sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in Karachi, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established processes.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize food preparation workflows and delivery timelines.
- Monitor food quality and customer feedback to minimize complaints and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with restaurant partners to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at operational excellence and scalability.
- Manage resources effectively to support the expanding footprint of shared kitchens in the region.
- Report on key performance indicators related to kitchen operations and customer experience.

Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) industry, preferably within a structured organization that emphasizes operational efficiency through clear SOPs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
