Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Research Specialist who is highly detail-oriented and skilled in finding accurate, verified, and relevant leads. This role is critical to ensuring our sales and outreach teams work with data that drives real business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-quality leads based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Find and verify decision-makers, founders and key stakeholders
• Familiar using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, CRM and other data sources
• Validate leads to ensure accuracy, relevance, and intent
• Segment and organize leads according to industry, location, company size, and client ideal market.
• Maintain clean and up-to-date lead lists in CRM or spreadsheets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead criteria
• Meet daily/weekly lead quality and volume targets
