Legal Consultant/Expert

Experience Required:

15 years’ post-qualification legal experience.

Expertise in handling cases at Labour, Civil, Sessions, High Court & Supreme Court.

Strong knowledge of constitutional/legal issues, petitions, and corporate legal matters.

Disqualification:

Dismissed/removed government servants or individuals convicted of moral turpitude.

Conflict of interest with other jobs/businesses.

The Legal Consultant will represent HW&SC in all legal matters, including courts and tribunals, while providing legal advice on constitutional, contractual, and corporate issues. The consultant will ensure legal protection of the corporation’s interests, draft petitions, and handle litigation matters. The role requires a highly experienced professional with proven integrity and expertise in public sector legal advisory.
