Role Description This is a full-time Life Insurance Agent role based in the Karachi Division, offered in a hybrid arrangement with both on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The Life Insurance Agent will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their financial needs, explain STATE LIFE’s insurance plans, and recommend suitable coverage options. Daily tasks include generating new leads, scheduling and conducting client appointments, preparing quotations, submitting applications, and following up on policy issuance and renewals. The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, responding to inquiries, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy servicing. The agent is expected to meet sales targets while upholding ethical standards and delivering a high level of customer care.
Qualifications

 

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance to effectively promote and match products to client needs.
  • Candidates should possess capabilities in Insurance Brokerage and Finance to interpret policy options, premiums, and long-term financial implications.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to build trust, handle questions, and provide clear, empathetic communication.
  • Relevant experience in life insurance or financial services, particularly in client-facing roles, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a hybrid environment, and meet sales and activity targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with proficiency in basic computer and office software tools.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; higher education in business, finance, or related fields is an advantage.
