Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily order dispatch and coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries.
  • Closely monitor refund and return ratios identify reasons for returns and work to reduce them.
  • Handle return, exchange, and refund cases efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track parcels daily and follow up with couriers on delayed, lost, or misrouted shipments.
  • Maintain detailed records of refunds, claims, and courier performance reports.
  • Coordinate with customer support to resolve logistics-related complaints.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective shipping operations.
  • Suggest process improvements to reduce refund ratio and improve delivery success rate.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics or e-commerce preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking data and refunds.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude and accountability.
  • Understanding of e-commerce order flow, COD verification, and return management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
