Machine Operator - Softpack

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator (Softpack) to operate, maintain, and monitor soft packaging machines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Softpack / Packaging machines efficiently.

Set and adjust machine parameters (speed, pressure, alignment, etc.).

Ensure all production and quality standards are met.

Perform minor maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed.

Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety protocols.

Work closely with the production team to achieve daily targets.

Requirements:

Minimum Matric / Technical Diploma preferred.

Experience in Softpack or packaging machine operation is required.

Knowledge of machine setup, material handling, and safety standards.

Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
