We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of trucks, machinery, and related equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and maintaining high standards of safety and performance. This role demands strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and effective collaboration with various teams to minimize equipment downtime and enhance reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for trucks, machinery, and related equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Provide guidance and training to maintenance staff to improve their performance and efficiency.
- Assist with budgeting, procurement, and inventory management related to maintenance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of supervisory experience with strong technical knowledge in truck maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with maintenance management systems is a plus.
