Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical)

Requirment:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong mechanical and technical problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and tools
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Certification in mechanical or maintenance engineering (preferred)
• Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance activities across production lines
• Ensure timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations of mechanical equipment
• Oversee and schedule maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions swiftly
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and best practices
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure quick response times
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Train and mentor a team of technicians in best maintenance practices and safety protocols
