Management Trainee Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting Ubuntu Care’s early childhood education and daycare services. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can develop proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and achieve enrollment and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Develop business proposals and deliver client presentations.
• Drive sales and enrollment outcomes in line with organizational goals.
• Conduct market and sector analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or client relations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and prepare business insights.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
