The Management Training Program at TECHNEXIA is designed for fresh graduate’s eager to Kickstart their careers in a dynamic and innovative environment. This 3-month rotational program provides hands-on exposure across various departments, equipping trainees with essential skills and knowledge to become future industry leaders. Top-performing trainees may be offered permanent positions upon successful completion of the program.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (all disciplines welcome)
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Stipends:

• From PKR 25,000
