Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire accounting process end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards and internal policies. Support month-end and year-end closing activities to guarantee timely and reliable financial reporting. Coordinate and assist with statutory and group audits, ensuring all audit requirements are fulfilled. Oversee tax and regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, maintaining compliance with local laws. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reporting. Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting quality. Assist in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, or ACCA qualified with at least 8 years of experience in financial reporting and accounting. A strong technical understanding of IFRS and accounting best practices is essential. Experience working with ERP systems is required, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with automation tools and reporting platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are necessary to succeed in this role. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines is critical. Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment will be considered an advantage.
