The company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join its dynamic finance team based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and internal accounting policies.
- Coordinate and support statutory and group audits, facilitating smooth audit processes.
- Oversee tax and regulatory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes and reporting quality.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, or ACCA qualified with at least 8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and accounting.
- Strong technical expertise in IFRS and accounting best practices.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with automation tools and reporting platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is advantageous.
