Manager Accounts and Finance

Faisal Movers Logistic Cell, a prominent player in Pakistan’s cargo, courier, and logistics sector, is seeking an experienced Manager Accounts & Finance to join their team in Karachi. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage financial operations, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and lead the accounting department effectively. The successful candidate will play a critical role in financial planning, reporting, and maintaining internal controls to support the company’s growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with standards
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct financial analysis to guide business decisions
- Ensure adherence to taxation laws and financial regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and facilitate smooth audit processes
- Monitor cash flow and maintain strong banking relationships
- Implement and enhance internal controls and financial processes to improve efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to achieve departmental goals

Required Qualifications:
- CA Finalist, ACCA, MBA (Finance), M.Com, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role within finance or accounting, preferably in the logistics or transport industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively

- Competitive market salary starting from Rs100,000 per month
