Role Purpose

The Manager Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a critical role in driving Martin Dow Limited’s end-to-end AI strategy. This position will serve as the single-point owner for translating the organization’s AI vision into practical, scalable and value-generating solutions across functions.

The role is designed to move the organization from AI ideation to execution, ensuring that AI initiatives are aligned with business priorities, ethically deployed, and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the enterprise-wide AI strategy, translating vision into actionable and scalable initiatives.
• Identify, prioritize, and develop high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end execution of AI initiatives from concept to deployment and optimization.
• Establish AI governance, ethical AI practices, and standards across the organization.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to embed AI into core business processes.
• Collaborate with data teams and external partners to deliver AI solutions.
• Track business impact, ROI and performance of AI initiatives.
• Act as an AI evangelist, driving adoption, capability building and change management.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI/ML or a related field.
• 6 - 10 years of experience in analytics, data science, AI, or digital transformation roles.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts, advanced analytics, automation, and/or generative AI. (change in AI context)
• Proven experience in translating business problems into analytical or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems, cloud platforms, and AI tools.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect AI initiatives to tangible outcomes.
• Strategic thinking combined with execution mindset.
• Change management and influencing skills.
