Manager - Insurance Strategy & Partnerships

We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of insurance products and the insurance ecosystem to help shape our product strategy and pricing approach. This role requires ownership, business acumen, and the ability to influence product decisions that align with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine insurance product strategy, including pricing frameworks, to drive business growth.
• Analyze both existing and potential partners to identify strategic opportunities and optimize collaboration.
• Lead partner discussions, negotiations, and align product offerings with business objectives.
• Represent Waada externally with partners and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with strategic goals.

Experience:

• Strong understanding of insurance products, regulations, and the broader insurance ecosystem.
• 3-5 years of experience in product strategy, pricing, or business development in the insurance or financial services sector.

Preferred Competencies:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of impactful projects
